Analytical Experience: I have extensive experience in analytical techniques used to understand structure property relationships in advanced materials. I routinely apply tools such as microscopy, FTIR, DSC, TGA, DMA, GPC, rheology, and mechanical testing.

James Deininger 3D Printing Experience: I have over a decade of experience in the additive manufacturing industry. For numerous companies I have industrialized 3D printing platforms including HP-MJF, SLS, SLA, and laser deposition systems. I have contributed to projects involving battery manufacturing, post-processing techniques, and new workflows that enabled additive production parts in automotive, medical, and appeal applications.

James Deininger Process Engineering: I have experience in process engineering and advanced manufacturing, with a background in developing and scaling material systems for high-performance applications.
